Julianne Peck

Founding Partner

Before forming HomansPeck with Michael Homans in 2018, Juli practiced law for over 25 years at some of the best firms in the region concentrating her practice on the litigation of workplace disputes and providing pre-litigation advice to both employers and employees. She serves as lead counsel in cases concerning wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, family and medical leave, wage and hour, whistle-blowing, defamation, restrictive covenants, theft of trade secrets, and breach of contract. Juli has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts, arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”), and hearings before administrative agencies. She provides early collaboration with corporate clients to analyze claims, assess potential exposure, and determine appropriate strategy. She regularly advises individual employees, professionals, and executives who are facing workplace disputes with a focus on protecting legal rights, maximizing opportunities, and minimizing disruption to career goals. She has successfully resolved hundreds of cases on behalf of her clients through settlement, mediation, and summary judgment as well as obtained trial verdicts on behalf of her clients. 

Juli also drafts, reviews, and negotiates employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and severance agreements, drafts and revises employee handbooks, and conducts workplace investigations. She is a frequent speaker on various employment related issues.

Juli previously worked at Drinker Biddle & Reath, Console Law Offices, Rubin Fortunato & Harbison, and Peck Law Office. Immediately after law school she clerked for the Honorable Samuel D. Lenox, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division.
